Tarikaro, a famous curry restaurant that came to Nishiogikubo, a fierce battleground for curry. The mutton is domestically produced by Ishida sheep farm in Hokkaido. We use this precious product, with a domestic production rate of less than 1%, and the chef hand-pulls the mutton into ground meat for this mutton keema, so you can feel the flavor of the mutton meat even more.
